This shift began with the bold new brand strategy and identity we created—signaling premium ambition and solution-driven capability to a more discerning market.

How we got there: This new positioning opens doors to visionary architects and designers—clients who need partners that make the bold feel possible. Kegworks isn’t just a manufacturer. They’re enablers of custom experiences, trusted to turn brave ideas into crafted realities.
To express that, we hosted an AI Idea Bravestorm: a four-hour, high-velocity session blending Truth’s strategic creativity with a GPT trained on key business inputs, personas, and category trends. Together with the Kegworks team, we generated six campaign platforms, shortlisted two, and aligned on the bravest idea and activation plan. Then, like Kegworks, we polished it.
The Idea: “Not every design choice is noticed. But every design choice is felt.”
That truth speaks to designers’ obsession with detail. Beyond custom finishes and bespoke solutions of bronze squirrels (really), this idea elevates those mundane—often overlooked details—when they’re not there you really feel them. A coat forced to rest on a lap, a purse on the floor under a chair, feet left dangling with no place to rest.
Kegworks makes the small things that shape the feeling of entire spaces. This positioning reframes Kegworks as more than a manufacturer—they’re bold collaborators who bring vision to life. The metalwork may be subtle, but its impact isn’t. It’s felt. It completes the space. It defines the experience.

The process we have embarked on with Truth Collective, and the fruits that process has yielded, is putting us in a position to learn more about what the potential is. Up until now, we have looked and acted like an ecom company selling “stuff”. The work presented is changing that beautifully and, to me, is an important step towards validating our seat at the design table.
In short, the session helped our team discuss the next level of who we are and where we’re going through the lens of this brand launch. The two ideas we distilled the session down to and the reasoning behind them are huge concepts for our team to understand going forward.
