The new generation of manufactured homes comes with site-built features that bring enhanced quality, durability and speed of construction. In fact, when we showed focus groups photos of manufactured homes, 85% of participants didn’t realize they were primarily built in a factory and assembled on-site.
As Fannie Mae has an ambitious vision to get more Americans into homes they own so they can build equity for future generations, we had to move beyond the rational benefits of their MH Advantage mortgage and get emotional.
